I've had skin problems most of my life. Recently though, my breakouts have subsided with the addition of daily garlic to my diet, acidophilus and ceasing my tea runs to Sonic. With my recent enrollment at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition I've had access to more health information and been keeping a journal of what I eat. I came across this informative article which I wanted to pass along. It is so true, you are what you eat!

I've found that our diet really has a lot of impact on our skin. I saw the effects when I decided to change my diet.
I know for me I also have to monitor stress.
